About

A Practice Shaped by Experience

House of Ka Bodywork & Wellness was founded by Aaron, a U.S. Air Force veteran with over 21 years of active-duty service. Throughout those decades, therapeutic bodywork, particularly traditional practices such as Thai massage, played a critical role in sustaining his body through the physical demands of service.

That experience shaped his decision to dedicate this next chapter to helping others move, recover, and live more comfortably in their bodies through intentional, grounded care.

Outside of his work, Aaron values simplicity and balance. He meditates, cares for his body, and enjoys rambunctious moments with his Little Wolf, Duncan.
